Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed via the same method — or an equivalent — as the original deposit. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and system conditions. mega88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonus or promotional credit applied to an account is subject to the rollover requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash without first meeting the stated conditions. mega88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or abuse of the promotions system.
Tax and Financial Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations or financial reporting requirements arising from winnings earned through this platform, in accordance with applicable local laws.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
An account may be temporarily suspended for the following reasons: suspicious activity, failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe, third-party complaints, or a terms violation currently under investigation. During a suspension, the user will be unable to log in or carry out any transactions.
Permanent closure is carried out upon confirmation of a serious violation — including fraud, money laundering, multiple account registrations, or promotion abuse. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud may be fully forfeited. Users whose accounts have been permanently closed are not permitted to re-register.
Users may request account closure at any time through customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned once the verification process is complete. Closure requests will not be processed if there are pending transactions or an ongoing investigation.
Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. mega88 reserves the right to charge a monthly management fee on inactive accounts with a remaining balance, or to close the account after notifying the registered email address.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Mega88 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mega88 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
